Golden Wings Charter currently operates two - twin engine Piper Aztec's, a twin engine Britten Norman Islander and an executive turboprop Beechcraft king Air 90. Each Piper Aztec private aircraft charter is configured for, and comfortably fits 5 passengers. In addition to carrying 5 passengers, the aircraft charter can hold an additional 300 lbs of luggage (soft luggage is recommended when traveling on small aircraft). The aircraft is equipped with GPS, autopilot, dual radios, dual navigation equipment and are IFR capable. The aircraft charters have the fuel capacity to fly 5 hrs or approximately 1000 nm. The Britten Norman Islander is configured to carry 9 passengers or can be configured to carry cargo. In addition to the 9 passengers, the Navajo can carry up to 400lbs of luggage (again soft luggage is recommended). This aircraft is equipped with GPS , dual radios and dual navigation equipment, The Beechcraft King Air 90's executive interior can accommodate 6 passengers, and 350 lbs of luggage. This aircraft charter is equipped with an autopilot, A fully IFR GPS weather radar, storm scope, dual navigation equipment, dual radios and is certified to fly IFR. The cabin is pressurized, air-conditioned and outfitted with plush leather seats for your comfort. All of our aircraft are U.S. registered and therefore meet the strict maintenance demands of both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Bahamian Civil Aviation (CAA) and this work is professionally carried out by HangarTime Bahamas (LTD). We also carry full commercial insurance. The aircraft charters are equipped with life vests, rafts, first aid kits and other additional emergency equipment for your added safety and security. Our privateaircraft fleet is top of the line and great for executive air charters, private air charters, and air charter travel flights.
