Despite all of that Andros is one of the best places in the Bahamas to go fishing. Off the coast line of Andros is the Barrier Reef, second to only the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, and the waters surrounding this island can reach depths of up to 6000 feet. There are many place of this island for great game fish, Grouper, Snapper and many others. Andros Is also the 'Bone fish capital of the world', where many come from far away to Bone fish here. |
